Baby boomers will appreciate GMRC and ROTC
NOEL C. MALLARI, Baguio City

I am sure majority of our baby boomers generation welcome the planned inclusion of good manners and right conduct (GMRC) and the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) in the curriculum.

These instill discipline, respect, and love of country, which we need most nowadays. Technology is important but character is what makes us.

Today’s youths are different and it saddens the elders.

These two subjects will bring back good manners, which will make our city a true character city.
