Exempt tourists from Kennon Road toll fees
NOEL C. MALLARI, Baguio City

Traffic in Baguio will not be solved if harsh actions will not be implemented.

Baguio, as a prime tourist destination must be compelled to act even if residents have to sacrifice.

Our hotels and restaurants, including all other businesses, are raking in huge money.

My suggestion is to give local tourists a break by not charging them toll fees along Kennon Road during holiday season.

The toll gates are the number one cause of monstrous traffic.
