Double parking on busy roads
PETER CHONG, Baguio City

The Baguio City Police Office Traffic Management Branch must conduct mobile patrol and give citation tickets to car owners who double park along the busy roads within the central business district.

I was along Harrison Road on Feb. 7 and saw a Toyota Hi-lux with license plate V__31 that was double-parked along the road in front of Summit Bank at around 10:30 a.m. I managed to take a photo of the vehicle.

I went to Burnham Park and returned 15 minutes later. That car was still there and apparently, the car owner managed to have left the area soon without being given citation ticket for double parking.

This driver is going to believe he can flaunt the rules and cause inconvenience to others.
