Public warned from lending money to a gold buyer
ALFRED D. WALDO, MICHELLE W. FRANCO, JANICE O. SUNGAY, DOLLY BALLO, REBECCA D. WALDO and JANINE D. WALDO, Baguio City

This is to inform the public that the undersigned are pursuing a case against Elizabeth D. Disierto of Camp 4, Kennon Road, Tuba, Benguet. We are victims of this woman claiming to be a gold buyer at the Palangdao Building at General Luna Road, Baguio City.

Mrs. Disierto has borrowed a huge amount from us ranging from P50,000 to P300,000, as she told us that her business is thriving but because of a small capital she can’t purchase gold from her customers and that our money could help her in her business.

Admittedly, she prepared an agreement form that her borrowed capital from her victims would gain interest as soon as she would return the money. Unfortunately, her sweet talks are as sour as the experience we have right now with her. She never returned our money until now and we have a hard time searching for her.

We have information that she is connected to a gold buyer with an alias  “Doctora” whose identity remains unknown except that she is the wife of a prominent politician in Itogon, Benguet.

We have executed all legal actions against her from demand letters to barangay hearings yet she did not comply with the agreements on when to pay her debts. We are warning the public to stay away from these people and be wary of their practice. They have mastered the art of deception and they have their way of gaining your trust and your money.
