LAGAWE, Ifugao – Members of the Kilusang Pagbabago-Lead Organization Inc. (KPLOI) Ifugao chapter elected their officers to lead the organization in helping the government in its campaign for good governance.
Rolando Paligan was elected as the executive president and Jose Nabejet, Jr. as the executive vice president.
Others elected as officials are Eporita Allaga as administrative and finance officer; Angie Guinid, secretary; Henry Gano, treasurer; Antonio Habawel, auditor; David Dumangeng, public relations officer; Roger Herman and Julies Chilagan as business managers; and Agustin Calyaen as project programmer.
Director Vittorio Jerico Cawis of the Office of the Cabinet Secretary administered their oath of office.
The officers seek to promote the ideals and aspirations of the organization to ensure people’s participation in governance.
“We commit to support the government’s campaign to eradicate poverty, eliminate drugs and corruption and all its attendant social roots, and to strive increasingly for the advancement of the change agenda of the government,” they stated.
They also pledged to take an active part in ensuring that all the programs and services entrusted by the current administration to the organization truly and fairly benefit the people, especially the marginalized sectors.
