MSMEs earn P1.4 M in Abra fair

BANGUED, Abra – Local entrepreneurs earned total sales of P1,435,428 at the Dapil Festival Trade Fair held recently as reported by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) provincial office.

Various locally-made products like accessories, home decorations and furnishings, food, health and wellness products, carved wood furniture, woven bamboo products, bamboo handicrafts, native delicacies and clothing such as the abel, foot wear and jewelries and many other products were sold at the trade fair.

Wood furniture topped the sales with P1,235,680, followed by native delicacies and food with P120,190, garments and loom weaving earned P90,490, P22,935 for basketry, novelty items and bamboo furnishings, and P14,148 for other categories.
